Very rough sketches of an emerging experiment in sketching and 3D sculpture. Inspired by Pepita Sandwich's teaching on how to document your days and make comics.
As one of ten commissioned writers for the UK-based Duppy Stories x Nakuona project, I created & performed a virtual reading of a work in progress, The Stands, now published by Small Axe. It was inspired by the legacy of Bajan Sports Days and the national stadium. The project was featured on BBC Radio 4 and is founded by Dr. Judith-Bruce Golding (Researcher, Special Education Teacher, Mental Health First Aid Trainer and Associate Suicide First Aid Tutor) and Sue Brown (Award-Winning Television and Radio Presenter, Spoken Word Artist, Creative Writer and Community Project Facilitator).
